Please note:
The Special General Meeting (SGM) of the AEVA SA/NT branch, to be held on May 15th, 2024 at 7:30pm.
This is to be held immediately prior to the AEVA SA/NT General Meeting.
The purpose of this SGM is to introduce and vote in the NT committee members for the newly forming AEVA NT Branch.
At the moment the NT members are part of the SA/NT branch.
Note:
If you are not feeling
well, please do not
attend this meeting.

Memberships
(new and renewals) are now
all handled on-line. An email address is required for membership.
You don't have to be a member to attend.
Visitors are very welcome.
Visitors are ask to pay a $5.00 entrance fee
to help cover meeting room hire.

This meeting will be held in the Function Centre, which is on the northern side of the theatre. Entry to the building is via the northern car park.
Parking is available in the northern and southern car parks.
(Belair Rd is the continuation of Unley Rd.)
Note: The car parks against the northern wall are reserved for plug-in vehicles.
Join us for a meal prior to this meeting at "Caffe Buongiorno Mitcham"
anytime from 5:30pm
...even if it's just for a coffee.

Guest Speakers:
Mike Poll Jonker gave us an update on his electric projects.
Mike is the Director (National representative on the board) for our AEVA SA/NT branch.
Mike also runs his own business Dkubus Pty Ltd, which specialises in parts for performance vehicles.
Bruce Tonkin gave an update re. the Investigator 1 moving under its own power! - with videos.

Barrie Rogers (Chief Commercial Officer) showed us around
their establishment, where they are developing Australia’s first
commercially produced electric light sport aircraft, the E22 Spark.

Luke Varnas from BYD - with the new BYD Dolphin Electric car.
Luke and his team brought two Dolphins: Both were used for test drives - with inspection in between the test drives.
Luke Varnas was joined by Tony Wei, Teo Todorov, Michael Cagney and Damian Outtrim.
Thank you for giving up your time to come to our meeting for the presentation and test drives.
Unfortunately, the video of this presentation did not eventuate.

Our host: Rob Chadwick and his team, including: Joel Paxton,

us around the workshop.
47 people attended this site visit and 16 arrived in EVs.
