"Come and test drive a new electric vehicle from many of the major manufacturers.

Talk to owners of electric cars; new and converted - on display.

There will be talks related to electric vehicles throughout the day.

Food and coffee vans on site."

We estimate that there were over 400 people, young and old, test driving or riding in or on some type of electric vehicle during the day.

There were 2 Tesla's (X and S), 3 BMW i3's., 2 PHEV Outlanders, 1 Renault Zoe ZE, 1 Renault Kangoo ZE, 1 iMiev, 1 Leaf and the highlight of a pre release Hyundai Ioniq full electric doing laps pretty much continuously. Cars went out mostly full ie. test driver and passengers including random strangers together.
This doesn't include the many two wheel electric bikes and scooters...

This event was supported by the AEVA,
the Adelaide City Council,
EVENERGI, ARENA, SA Power Networks,
The Government of South Australia,
Renault, Mitsubishi Motors, Hyundai, Jetcharge
BMW, myCar green, MiCycles, Bicycle Institute of South Australia,
